Ranworth Door Range

A range of external and internal panelled doors made to standard sections or to customer specifications, with standard and non-standard sizes of doors, as well as from the six different door mouldings available.
A variety of door configurations are available from straightforward designs of Tongue and Grooved to 56 mm and 68 mm thick bolection moulded feature doors.
All external doors are preservative treated (dependent on the timber specified).

Size of door section in accordance with customer requirements.
Choice of 56mm thick (finished size)
Stile and top rail: 116 mm width.
Middle rails: 194 mm and 168 mm.
Bottom rails: 194 mm width.
Transomes, muntins and glazing bars to suit.
Panels from 32 to 44mm thick - raised and fielded both sides (optional), including insulated panels.
Construction with through mortice and tenon joints to rails and stiles.

Preservative treatment: All timber used during the manufacture to be pressure impregnated with Protim 418 using double vacuum process after all machining is completed.

Finish as delivered: Factory applied Becker Acroma microporous coating system comprising two primer coats and one finish coat.
